We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our SaaS healthcare product team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between healthcare stakeholders and our product & engineering teams, ensuring that requirements are well-understood, compliant, and successfully translated into scalable solutions. You will help shape product functionality, improve workflows, and drive adoption of digital healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications to guide engineering and QA.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit and document business needs.
- Translate complex clinical and administrative workflows into product requirements and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis and propose solutions that align with healthcare industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Partner with product development teams to prioritize features and enhancements in line with business strategy.
- Ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, validating outcomes, and gathering feedback from end-users.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Analyze healthcare and SaaS usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insights to stakeholders for product optimization and regulatory reporting.
- Act as the liaison between business users, product managers, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for new features.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology).
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (EHR/EMR, claims, patient engagement, telehealth, etc.).
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS product lifecycle in healthcare.
- Familiarity with interoperability standards and healthcare APIs.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
- Background in clinical operations, healthcare consulting, or health IT.

The SDR develops and qualifies leads, delivers compelling product demonstrations, and contributes to revenue objectives by engaging with both cold and warm prospects through phone, email, and virtual meetings. This role blends strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and account executives to expand adoption of the WoundZoom SaaS solution across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads across hospitals, clinics, health systems, insurers, private practices, and digital health startups.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within our target markets
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn, while managing follow-up for inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a robust and predictable pipeline aligned with company sales targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to educate and engage prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and articulate tailored SaaS solutions that address challenges in compliance, interoperability, patient outcomes, and workflow efficiency.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, outreach strategies, and lead handoff processes.
- Track all activities and communications within the CRM to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Support marketing initiatives by driving attendance for educational seminars and promotional events.
- Deliver timely responses to customer inquiries, RFPs, and opportunities while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
- Consistently exceed performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales quotas, and activity goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in both team-oriented and independent settings.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
